We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here’s how we can help:
📦 Return Policy
Our return window lasts 72 hours from the date your parcel is received. If more than 72 hours have passed, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must fall under one of the following reasons:
* You received the wrong item
* You received a defective or faulty item
The items as followings are not eligible for returns
* Best Buy items
* Sale, clearances or Discounted items
* Items purchased using first-time registration codes or specific discount codes
* Accessories and items marked as non-returnable
📝 Return & Exchange Terms
1. Returns can only be made once per order number.
2. Returned items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags intact. If an item is soaked or damaged by washing, it cannot be returned.
3. Return or Exchanges are only valid for items purchased directly from our store. We do not accept returns for third-party purchases.
4. Cash refunds are not provided unless the item is confirmed Out of Stock.
5. Items purchased during sales or clearance events are not eligible for refund.
🔄 Exchanges
We sincerely apologize if:
* You received the wrong size, color, or item
* Your item arrived with a manufacturing defect or fault
* In this case, we are happy to arrange an exchange.
Please follow these steps:
1. Take a clear photo of the incorrect or defective item in its original condition.
2. Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and has all tags attached.
3. Sent the photo and your order details to our contact number.
We will verify and guide you through the exchange process.
🎨 Product Disclaimer
Due to monitor settings, lighting, photography, and the production process:
* Slight differences in color, design, or details may occur.
* A measurement discrepancy of 0.5–1.5 inches is considered within tolerance and not a defect.
These will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
🏷️ Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for return or refund.
Sale and clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
💸 Refunds
* Refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit/voucher.
* No cash refunds will be given unless the item is out of stock.
🚚 Shipping Responsibility
If you're returning an item over RM150, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned parcel without it.
