🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Defect Policy At Uni Dreams Fashion, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our business, exchanges or returns are generally not accepted, except under the following conditions: • You received a defective item (refer to the Defect section below) • You received the incorrect product or size (e.g., you ordered a long white dress but received a short red skirt , or you ordered a Size S skirt but received a Size L skirt) • The product is unavailable after payment ❗ Defect Policy Every item is inspected before shipment, but occasionally, something may slip through. Use the following guide to determine if your item qualifies as defective: ✅ Considered Defective: • Non-washable stain larger than 20mm in diameter • Visible damage or cuts ❌ Not Considered Defective: • Color variations due to lighting or screen settings (e.g., red vs orange-red) • Minor design variations (e.g., print placement, floral patterns, bead sizes) • Minor imperfections (e.g., loose threads, crease marks) • Self-inflicted damage or misuse • Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., personal opinion on quality, material, fit) 📦 Return/Exchange Eligibility Customers must notify us of any issue within 48 hours of the delivery date. Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted. ✅ Eligible for Return/Exchange: • Incorrect item received • Defective/faulty item (as per criteria above) ❌ Non-Returnable Items: • Best Buy or promotional items • Sale, discounted, or clearance items • Items bought using first-time registration discounts or specific voucher codes • Accessories and items clearly marked non-returnable 📝 Return & Exchange Policy 1. Only one return/exchange is allowed per order number 2. Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging in a resalable state: Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags attached 3. Washed or damaged items will not be accepted 4. Only items purchased directly from Uni Dreams Fashion are eligible 5. No cash refunds, except if the item is out of stock 6. Products from the sale or clearance sections are final sale 🔁 Exchange Process To request an exchange: 1. Take a clear photo of the item in its original condition 2. Ensure it is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags intact 3. Send the photo and your order number to our contact channels Upon approval of the exchange, our team will guide you through the exchange process, or you may refer to the return process below. ⏳ Return Process Timeline • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order • Upon approval, the return must reach us within 7 working days • Unless otherwise specified, you will bear the return shipping cost • We will bear the outbound shipping cost for the exchanged item • Use tracked delivery with insurance for any return above RM150 🎨 Product Disclaimer Please note: • Color, tone, or slight design differences due to screen/lighting settings are normal • Measurement differences within 0.5–1.5 inches are industry-standard and not considered defects These do not qualify for returns or exchanges. 🏷️ Sale Items Only regular-priced items are eligible for return or refund. Sale, clearance, and discounted items are final and cannot be returned. 💸 Refunds • All refunds will be issued as store credit or a voucher • Cash refunds will only be given if the product is out of stock 🚚 Shipping Responsibility If your return value exceeds RM150, we highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
