🛍️ Order Policy
• Once an order is confirmed, no changes can be made (including item, size, color, or shipping address).
• All orders are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
• All prices listed are fixed and non-negotiable.
• Adding items to your cart does not guarantee availability. Items are only secured after full payment is received.
📏 Product Variation
• Please allow for a 20% variation in color and measurements between production batches. These differences are not considered defects; no returns or exchanges will be allowed.
• Minor imperfections such as loose threads or slight size differences (within 2cm) are not considered faults.
• For lace items, slight fraying is normal due to the fabric's nature.
• For printed items, variations in pattern alignment, color shades, or print symmetry are expected and not classified as defects.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Fees:
• ❤️ West Malaysia: RM8 for the first 10 items, RM1 for every additional 3 items if the customer requires a combined order exceeding 10 items per shipment.
Free Shipping Fee for a Minimum Order of RM180 (for purchase at regular-priced items only)
Note: Sale and clearance items are not eligible for the free shipping quota
• ❤️ East Malaysia: RM16 for the first Kilogram(Kg), RM10 for every additional 1 Kg

** In weight measurements, each item's weight is typically determined based on its individual piece. The measurements are then rounded to the nearest kilogram or another appropriate unit of weight.
• We use GD Express / DHL Express / FLASH Express for domestic deliveries.
• Once your order is shipped and tracking is provided, your parcel becomes the courier's responsibility
o We will provide proof of shipping, but we are not liable for lost or delayed parcels.
o For lost parcel claims, please contact the courier directly. We will assist where possible.
📮 Bounced / Undelivered Parcels
• If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer must pay for re-delivery.
• Bounced parcels that remain unclaimed after 60 days will be forfeited without any compensation.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
• All items are sold as- No returns, refunds, or exchanges are allowed unless there is a major defect, such as:
o Fabric damage larger than 2cm
o Major, unremovable stains
• Slight color differences, minor flaws, and sizing discrepancies within 2cm are considered normal and not eligible for return.
• If you require perfect, factory-level precision, we kindly suggest not placing an order. Thank you for your understanding 🙏
🧾 Pricing Policy
• All prices are accurate at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
• No refunds will be given for price changes or promotions after your purchase has been made.
🖼️ Product Images & Descriptions
• We do our best to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate.
• However, due to lighting, screen settings, or photography, actual colors may vary slightly.
• Returns based on color differences from your screen will not be accepted.
🧼 Washing & Fabric Guidelines
• Some fabrics may slightly fade or bleed during the first wash. This is normal and not considered a defect.
• Items that have been washed will not be eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
